Upon completing undergraduate and graduate degrees in management in 2013, at the Bernard M. Baruch College, City University of New York, it was an easy decision for me to join the family business. Construction industry is an exciting and enticing field to work. Being in the middle of the financial and bustling city such as the entire New York Metropolitan Area, there is always an opportunity for growth. This was my main task and goal for the company. I began with the simple tasks of learning the business trade: field worker, driving company vans, delivering materials, building relationships with vendors such as lumbers and specialized suppliers, payroll, insurances, coordinating employees, jobsite management, engineer-architect jobsite walkthroughs, coordination with interior designer, and most important—client support.
Client support has become our main reason of success and growth. We earn the trust of our clients by guiding each one from the start to the end of the project. This requires full-attention to client’s needs, devotion of time, responsibility, and expertise. There is no simple project, and each client’s needs vary, based on budget, desires, and vision. We thrive to meet our client’s expectations based on their specific circumstances. As a result, our business has grown from the word-of-mouth referrals and other professionals services.
